The Banquet Manager will lead sales efforts for catered events, working closely with clients to design memorable experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales, or Business preferred
- 3–5 years of catering sales or hospitality sales experience
- Experience with event planning and client relationship management
- Knowledge of banquet operations and catering logistics
- Proficiency with sales and CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Generate catering sales opportunities for events and hospitality functions
- Build relationships with clients and event planners
- Develop customized catering proposals and event plans
- Coordinate with culinary and operations teams for event execution
- Track sales performance and revenue goals
- Conduct site tours and client meetings
- Manage contracts and event documentation
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
