Learn more about McLaren Health Plan at https://www.mclarenhealthplan.org Position Overview: Responsible for the administrative direction, evaluation, and coordination of the delivery of health care services of McLaren Integrated HMO Group Assigned Plan, which includes oversight of the Quality department(s). Responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support all aspects of the Quality Improvement Performance Plan (QPIP). Manages the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) process. Facilitates the delivery of medical care in a cost efficient and quality manner with a focus on member satisfaction. This position is a hybrid position with requirements to come onsite as scheduled, Flint, MI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health care or business-related field
  • Five (5) years’ experience performing quality management activities in a managed care organization, including HEDIS, NCQA, including at least two (2) years’ experience in a management with direct reports, leading or assisting in all phases of effective supervision (i.e. Recruitment, performance management, training).

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years progressive experience in a leadership role in group health plan operations.
  • Two (2) years’ experience with accrediting entities such as NCQA.
