About The Position

Lead unforgettable events where art meets exceptional hospitality. The Banquet Manager will oversee banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of events while delivering an elevated guest experience. This role will coordinate teams, manage logistics, and drive operational excellence across all banquet functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4+ years of banquet or hospitality management experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and banquet service standards
  • Experience with event planning systems and POS platforms
  • Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Manage banquet operations from setup through breakdown
  • Coordinate with culinary and service teams to execute events
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor controls
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor event quality and guest satisfaction
  • Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure accuracy
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs.
