The Concessions Manager will oversee concession stands, manage staff, and ensure efficient service delivery to guests.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of food and beverage management experience
- Experience in high-volume concessions or quick-service operations
- Knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards
- Experience managing staff and event operations
Responsibilities
- Supervise concession stand operations during events
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for concessions teams
- Ensure food quality, safety, and service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and product usage
- Coordinate stand setup and breakdown processes
- Address guest concerns and ensure service recovery
- Maintain compliance with alcohol service regulations
- Track sales performance and operational metrics
