About The Position

Oversee the strategy and operations of all concessions programs across the venue. The Director of Concessions will lead high-volume food and beverage service operations while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Experience managing high-volume concessions operations
  • Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of food safety and operational compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead concessions operations across all stands and service areas
  • Develop operational strategies to improve speed of service and efficiency
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development
  • Monitor food and beverage costs and operational budgets
  • Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Analyze sales performance and operational metrics
  • Implement operational improvements and innovation
