The Premium Manager will oversee daily operations for suites and VIP areas while ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency during events.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hospitality management experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Experience managing staff in high-volume environments

- Experience with premium dining, suites, or VIP service preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage premium service operations during events
- Supervise premium service staff and supervisors
- Ensure premium areas are properly prepared for guests
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams on service execution
- Address guest concerns and service recovery
- Monitor inventory and operational supplies
- Support premium sales initiatives
