Job SummaryLead the delivery of elevated hospitality experiences for premium guests and VIP spaces. The Director of Premium will oversee premium clubs, suites, and hospitality areas while ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 7+ years of hospitality leadership experience
- Experience managing premium dining or VIP hospitality programs
- Financial management and revenue optimization experience
- Strong knowledge of service standards and guest engagement
Responsibilities
- Lead premium hospitality operations across suites, clubs, and VIP areas
- Develop service strategies that elevate guest experiences
- Manage staffing, training, and leadership development within premium teams
- Monitor revenue performance and premium sales initiatives
- Ensure consistent service and operational standards
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams on premium offerings
- Maintain relationships with VIP guests and stakeholders
- Oversee event planning and premium service execution
