Job SummaryOversee the strategy and operations of all concessions programs across the venue. The Director of Concessions will lead high-volume food and beverage service operations while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 7+ years of food and beverage leadership experience
- Experience managing high-volume concessions operations
- Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety and operational compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead concessions operations across all stands and service areas
- Develop operational strategies to improve speed of service and efficiency
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development
- Monitor food and beverage costs and operational budgets
- Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Analyze sales performance and operational metrics
- Implement operational improvements and innovation
