Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in premium hospitality, suites, or high-end food & beverage operations
  • Experience with POS systems and event management platforms
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Oversee premium areas including suites, clubs, and VIP spaces
  • Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown for premium offerings
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and service standards
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues
