About The Position
We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our West Springfield, MA facility, who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading people, improving processes, and supporting a positive workplace culture. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills
- Knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting, staffing, and onboarding for the location
- Manage performance, policy administration, coaching, and workplace investigations
- Oversee PFML, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and related compliance
- Conduct exit interviews and support initiatives that strengthen engagement
- Provide coaching, guidance, and HR partnership to managers and employees
- Ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws
- Manage HRIS/timekeeping accuracy, approve timecards, support payroll, and complete monthly HR reporting
