The Human Resource Manager leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources department and oversees and develops the human resources staff. Responsibilities include, full-cycle recruitment and compensation management, employee relations, process improvement, and ensuring the organization is compliant with State and Federal laws. Colossians 3:23 is the foundation of URM’s standard for employment, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for people”.
