Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
  • A minimum of three years of HR management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion
  • Comfort working with regulatory guidelines
  • Managing Affirmative Action/EEO programs
  • Ensuring top-tier operational compliance

Nice To Haves

  • HR Certification is highly preferred
