Operating as a department of one, this role is responsible for all HR functions, including administering policies, practices, and programs, while offering guidance to employees and managers. The HR Manager will partner with leadership to align the company's people strategy with business objectives, focusing on HR compliance, employee relations, talent management, payroll, benefits and leave administration, training support, and reinforcing Tutta Bella’s culture and values. The goal is to support the mission of making incredible food, creating opportunities, sharing lifelong memories, and contributing to positive community changes.
