LifeHikes is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to own all HR administrative functions and ensure smooth HR operations. The HR Manager will focus on execution and operational excellence, with the HR strategy being defined by the leadership team and CEO. Your work will span the full employee life cycle, including recruiting & hiring, onboarding & offboarding, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, performance management, and policies & compliance. This is a part-time, contract role, with an estimated 20 hours of work per week to start. The contractor will determine their hours in collaboration with their manager. We expect the contractor to be on site at the LifeHikes office in Montclair at least one day a week, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
