The Rail Events Inc. (REI) Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and execution of human resources programs and initiatives for Rail Events Inc. and Rail Events Productions. This role supports a dynamic mostly seasonal workforce, involved in licensed entertainment experiences, touring productions, and special events across multiple locations throughout North America. The HR Manager serves as a strategic business partner to operations leadership, providing expertise in recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, performance management, onboarding, and employee engagement. A key focus of this role is supporting the unique staffing and operational needs of seasonal productions while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with applicable employment laws.
