About The Position

Uline is expanding its operations in Connecticut by opening a new 1.3 million-square-foot warehouse in Plainfield. The company is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and help staff this new facility from the ground up. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including previous management experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledgeable of federal and Connecticut labor and employment laws.
Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
Travel to Uline’s North American locations as needed.
