Under administrative direction of the Human Resources Director, provides strategic leadership in planning, coordinating and implementing activities within the Human Resources Department, which include recruitment, employee relations, employee training, performance management, organization development, benefits administration, compensation administration, policy administration, leave administration, and wellness program administration. This position coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and outside organizations, and provides support to the Director of Human Resources. This position acts for the Human Resources Director in his/her absence.
