About The Position

Lead, plan, and execute HR strategies across the full employee lifecycle, aligning local initiatives with global HR standards and business objectives. Collaborate closely with Global HR to implement global policies, programs, and best practices locally. Foster an innovative, agile, and inclusive culture that promotes collaboration, continuous learning, and global connectivity. Partner with leadership to develop organizational capability, workforce planning, and talent strategies that support organic growth. Drive the continued development of talent management, performance management, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, employee engagement, and internal communications. Build and strengthen Greiner Bio-One’s internal and external Employee Value Proposition, positioning the company as an employer of choice regionally and nationally for specialized talent. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and hire high-quality talent. Achieve and sustain high retention rates in competitive labor markets by proactively addressing employee engagement and development needs. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and governmental reporting requirements. Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and practices. Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance and resolution on employee relations matters. Lead, coach, and develop HR team members to build a high-performing HR function. Manage HR systems, data, and reporting, including insurance, benefits, pensions, and employee records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR management experience
  • At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Strategic HR process development as evidenced ability to design and implement HR processes aligned with business objectives in a fast paced environment.
  • Decisive Leadership: Strong decision-making skills with the capability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to adopt standardized processes, ensuring a unified and equitable employee experience across the company.
  • Change management expertise: Skilled in managing and guiding organizational change.
  • Process orientation: Ability to foster consistency by influencing stakeholders and driving process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong understanding of contemporary HR processes, tools, and best practices, including data analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities, with a proven ability to develop and support teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Experience with HR Information Management Systems (HRIMS), ideally SAP Success Factors
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively reat all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • SPHR / SHRM - SCP certification preferred
  • Experience working within international organizations and across diverse cultures is highly desirable.
