Responsibilities include managing the staffing process, developing training materials, creating compensation strategies, administering benefits, investigating employee issues, maintaining organizational charts, partnering with management on HR goals, conducting performance and salary reviews, designing retention strategies, implementing departmental goals, developing the Employee Handbook, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting all company departments, and developing employee recognition programs. Travel requirements are less than 5%.
