About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support Norman Public Schools in Norman, OK. This role supports a large frontline team in a fast-paced environment. The HR Manager partners closely with on-site leadership to drive a positive culture, strong employee engagement, and effective employee relations. Success requires strong communication skills, client interaction, and the ability to build trust across all levels. Sodexo delivers food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Requirements

Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Teams) and Smartsheet
Able to create and facilitate training utilizing webinars
Detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities
Have excellent organization, communication and project management skills
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years Minimum Management Experience
1 year of HR experience

Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard frontline hires using HR systems, including onboarding and payroll platforms
Apply knowledge of state and federal HR laws while maintaining accurate employee records (active and terminated)
Coordinate and deliver required training programs, including monthly sessions
Provide excellent customer service through professional phone and email communication
Manage priorities effectively with strong organization, time management, and ability to work independently or collaboratively
Handle confidential information with discretion while supporting HR data analysis and special projects
