About The Position

ProCare Home Medical is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR and experience in performance management.

Requirements

  • Responsible for any planning regarding the human resources and development of a company’s workforce.
  • Able to transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures.
  • Communicating with the ProCare Home Medical team as well as outside agencies.
  • Ability to read and understand documents from various sources.
  • Prioritize tasks based on importance while paying close attention to detail in your daily tasks.
  • Organized and has great time-management skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with individuals.
  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to help others achieve their goals by working together towards a common goal.
  • Self-motivated and has a strong work ethic.
