About The Position

The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Support, Nursing, and Residential/Behavioral Health divisions. In this role, you will execute day-to-day and mid-range HR strategies while serving as the primary HR liaison for leaders and managers across assigned divisions. You will partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and compliance. The role also supports HR operations, workforce wellbeing, compensation and benefits administration, and operational escalations, helping ensure a responsive, compliant, and values-driven employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
  • Strong HR operational expertise with the ability to balance daily execution and strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and navigate conflict with emotional intelligence.
  • Commitment to values-driven leadership and trauma-informed approaches.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting clinical, 24/7 operations and partnering with frontline leaders in complex work environments preferred.
  • Experience designing workflows that improve efficiency through technology and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

  • Implements HR strategies and priorities within assigned divisions, translating organizational direction into operational execution.
  • Partners with leaders on workforce planning, staffing models, and organizational design to support service delivery.
  • Leads performance management and engagement initiatives, including pulse checks, action planning, and recognition efforts.
  • Serves as the first point of escalation for employee relations concerns, conducting fact-finding and supporting corrective action processes.
  • Ensures compliant application of HR policies, employment practices, leave administration, and agency procedures.
  • Supports organizational effectiveness through workforce data, divisional reporting, succession readiness, and continuous improvement efforts.
