The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of human resources functions in support of the organization’s mission as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role oversees core HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and policy implementation. Working in close partnership with the CFO and executive leadership, the HR Manager ensures that HR practices align with regulatory requirements, operational goals, and organizational culture while supporting a workforce committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
