From our Fargo Field Support Office, you’ll support our Texas region as a Human Resources Manager, partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and drive talent strategies that support business success. From coaching leaders and facilitating leadership development initiatives to participating in regional business review meetings and influencing key people decisions, you'll play a critical role in helping our teams and business thrive. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the aptitude to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and convey information effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% as needed to support business operations, leaders, and team member initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development while ensuring exceptional service and partnership across the region you support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and workforce challenges.
  • Support the full team member lifecycle while leading initiatives focused on talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, engagement, and retention.
  • Participate in Regional Business Reviews and use workforce insights, trends, and metrics to help leaders make informed business decisions.
