Responsibilities
- Providing HR Leadership for the Department and the Hospital and directly assisting the CHRO in all areas.
- Consulting with facility management to maintain standards for efficient, customer-driven service to departments, in all areas of HR services.
- Administering and monitoring Benefits, Compensation, and Service Excellence programs for the employees of the medical center.
- Performing reporting with HRIS system.
- Making recommendations for changes in programs and evaluating the effectiveness of programs in place.
- Assisting CHRO with employee and labor relations issues.
