This role involves leading day-to-day onboarding compliance, credential tracking, employee records, and employee relations support, while continuously improving the processes behind them. The manager will partner with operations to ensure HR practices comply with California employment law, are operationally practical, and align with a rapidly growing workforce. The expectation is to redesign and streamline manual processes, strengthen data and document integrity, and build capability within a developing HR team.
