The HR Manager will support the Human Resources function to meet the needs of the business and its associates. This role will lead in areas such as associate relations, HR-specific training, legal requirements and compliance, policy development and revision, associate engagement survey action plan follow-up, performance and merit increase monitoring, hiring non-exempt associates, and managing data for bonus administration.
