This role is responsible for driving people strategy, employee relations, talent acquisition support, compliance, culture initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to leadership support, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment practices, and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
