The Human Resources Manager will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including talent acquisition, administering payroll, compensation and benefit programs, training and development, performance and talent management, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, employee relations and ensuring compliance with company policies and practices. This role supports approximately 125 employees and leaders, including an onsite population at the Missouri City, TX facility and approximately 65 fully remote employees located across multiple U.S. states.
