About The Position

As Human Resources Manager at Bristol Motor Speedway, you will be responsible for employee relations and engagement of the People who create unforgettable guest experiences. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Multi-unit oversight of 4 locations with travel up to 20%
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Oversee checkin and provide a fun, friendly, welcoming atmosphere
  • Develop and implement recognition programs and engagement activities for hourly team members
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to venue leadership on HR matters
