About The Position

As Human Resources Manager at Bristol Motor Speedway, you will be responsible for employee relations and engagement of the People who create unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll shape culture, assist with recruitment, drive compliance, and cultivate team member engagement while ensuring alignment with Levy's values and vision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
• Proficient in HRIS systems and employment law
• Experience in hospitality or venue-based environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Multi-unit oversight of 4 locations with travel up to 20%
• Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Oversee checkin and provide a fun, friendly, welcoming atmosphere
• Develop and implement recognition programs and engagement activities for hourly team members
• Serve as a strategic advisor to venue leadership on HR matters
