About The Position

You will also ensure new hires are set up for success through a thoughtful, structured onboarding experience that reflects the company’s values and expectations from day one.

Requirements

• Experience as a Human Resources Manager
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, compensation, and benefits
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Organized, approachable, and dependable from hiring through change support

Nice To Haves

• HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP
