Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent years of HR experience
Minimum of 4 years of HR related work experience

Nice To Haves

Payroll and human resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prior leadership experience.
Experience in working with SAP.
Basic knowledge of fundamental federal and state employment laws.
Training and presentation experience.
Willingness to relocate now and in the future.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing best practices within the HR department and division.
Establishing plans for continuous improvement within the HR department and division.
Managing all aspects of the HR department including employment, recruitment and selection, legal compliance, policy administration, payroll and benefits administration, corporate and government reporting, training administration, and overall HR support.
Initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
