The Human Resources Manager will be based onsite in Dayton, Ohio and serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior business leaders. This role aligns HR strategy with business objectives to strengthen organizational performance, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness across both professional and manufacturing environments. In this position, you will: Provide HR partnership and support to multiple business units within the Print & Service Solutions group. Lead and mentor a small team of HR Business Partner direct reports. Own and execute HR initiatives across talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development. This role offers strong visibility and influence today, with opportunity for expanded scope over time, including supporting larger or more complex business segments and potential growth in leadership responsibility as the organization continues to evolve.
