The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to support both Human Resources and Head Office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, enjoys working across multiple functions, and can balance people-focused HR responsibilities with hands-on office management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR, office management, or a combined role
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR best practices
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Retail experience
Experience with HR or retail systems (e.g., NetSuite)
French and/or Spanish communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer letters
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for head office and retail employees
Support employee relations, HR inquiries, training coordination, and policy interpretation
Assist in developing, updating, and implementing corporate HR policies and training programs
Track employee performance metrics and prepare reports with data-driven insights
Analyze HR trends to recommend initiatives that improve retention and employee engagement
Support payroll processes as needed
Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and documentation
Maintain an organized, efficient, and well-functioning head office environment
Manage office supplies, vendors, maintenance, and administrative budgets
Provide administrative support to leadership and retail operations teams
Coordinate internal communications and act as a liaison between departments
Ensure smooth workflow across office and retail support functions
Support retail teams with operational needs such as inventory coordination and vendor communication
Assist in planning and executing in-store events and marketing activations
Help strengthen employee engagement and customer experience initiatives
