Job Summary The Human Resources (HR) Manager supports employees and managers across the company while ensuring compliance with all federal contractor requirements. This role will manage day-to-day onboarding/offboarding activities, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with federal contractor requirements such as Affirmative Action Programs (AAP), Executive Order 11246, Section 503 (Disability), VEVRAA (Protected Veterans), Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination, Drug-Free Workplace, I‑9/E‑Verify, and related requirements. The HR Manager will work closely with the HR Director to support HR planning and alignment of HR initiatives, implementation, and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
