About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager I to support all general areas of Human Resources. The role includes managing turnover and recruiting, administering payroll and benefits, and driving positive employee relations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Human Resources experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Working knowledge of HR-related legal requirements, including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, and OSHA requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience managing a Workers’ Compensation program.
