The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is a three-year rotational program designed to cultivate participants' human resources and self-leadership skills. Each rotation involves hands-on experience, a comprehensive HR curriculum, and a formal mentoring program to prepare individuals for a dynamic career. Participants will explore various HR functions and learn from different leaders within Travelers. The program encourages innovative thinking, challenging the status quo, and positively impacting processes for greater efficiency. Participants are expected to take initiative, embrace change, listen to diverse perspectives, and celebrate the successes of others. This program is specifically for internal employees, 2026 Travelers Summer Interns, and Summer Students applying for 2027 Full-time or Intern opportunities.
