The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is a three-year rotational program designed to cultivate participants' human resources and self-leadership skills. Each rotation involves hands-on experience, a comprehensive HR curriculum, and a formal mentoring program to prepare individuals for a dynamic career. Participants will explore various HR functions, learn from different leaders, and are expected to challenge the status quo, drive innovation, embrace change, support diverse perspectives, and celebrate others' successes. This program is specifically for internal employees, 2026 Travelers Summer Interns, and Summer Students applying for 2027 Full-time or Intern opportunities.
