Human Resources Intern – Launch Your HR Career Here Are you a Human Resources student looking to get real-world experience and see how HR operates beyond the classroom? This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the day-to-day work that keeps a company running—from hiring and onboarding to compliance and employee support. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we’d love to have you on the team! What You’ll Be Doing As an HR Intern, you’ll be involved in meaningful work that supports our employees and HR team.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field

Nice To Haves

Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
HR-related coursework is a plus
Recent graduates continuing into a Master’s program will also be considered

Responsibilities

Help organize and maintain employee records
Prepare interview materials and support the hiring process
Assist with onboarding by creating welcome packets and documentation
Collect and verify new hire paperwork
Track important compliance documents (including I-9s and related forms)
Support reporting efforts by helping compile HR metrics like turnover and hiring data
Assist with employee questions and day-to-day HR needs
Jump in on additional projects and tasks to gain well-rounded HR experience
