About The Position

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR Operations team with day-to-day administrative and support activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to how Human Resources supports employees and leaders across the company. The intern will assist with organizing information, maintaining records, supporting projects, and helping the HR team deliver consistent and professional service. This summer internship is suitable for either a high school or college student interested in learning more about Human Resources, business operations, or working in a professional office environment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in high school or college
  • Interest in Human Resources, business, or administrative work
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Professional communication skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining employee files, spreadsheets, and HR documentation
  • Help prepare reports, trackers, and basic data summaries
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, such as preparing materials and checklists
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
  • Help update HR forms, templates, and internal resources
  • Support special HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Answer or route basic employee questions to the appropriate HR team member
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR Operations team
