About The Position
Marposs Group is a global leader providing measurement, inspection, and testing cutting-edge solutions for quality and process control in the workshop environment, serving all major automotive and machine tools manufacturers, as well as the aerospace, biomedical, electronics, energy, glass containers, and white goods sectors. Marposs is seeking a detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team with documentation, organization, and recruiting efforts. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR processes and projects. QualificationsResponsibilities:
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (graduating in 2026 or 2027 preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in HR processes, documentation, and recruiting
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, editing, and standardizing job descriptions across departments
- Support HR documentation efforts, including maintaining accurate employee records, files, and internal resources
- Help organize and streamline HR documents and shared folders for easy access and consistency
- Partnering with HR to identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Assist with the transition to a new HRIS system, including organizing data, reviewing employee information, and supporting documentation updates
