Responsibilities
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct phone screens with potential candidates.
- Brainstorm creative ways to attract top talent, like revamping our social media presence and exploring new recruiting channels.
- Collaborate with experienced HR professionals and learn from the best.
- Help find amazing Direct Support Professionals who make a difference in people's lives.
