Are you excited about this Human Resources Intern job? As a Full-Time Human Resources Intern at PTI Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our onboarding experience for new hires. Over the course of approximately 10-12 weeks, you will map the current onboarding process from pre-hire through the first 30-90 days, gathering valuable feedback from recent hires and hiring managers. Your analytical skills will help identify gaps and inefficiencies, leading to actionable recommendations for improvement. You will develop essential tools like onboarding checklists and manager guides, ultimately enhancing new hire integration. This internship will provide you with exposure to HR operations, including talent acquisition and onboarding, while honing your skills in process analysis, documentation, and project management. Reporting to HR leadership, you will have regular check-ins and conclude with a presentation of your project outcomes, paving the way for your future career in human resources.
