About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for performing various Human Resources tasks in a temporary and part-time role. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to manage priorities independently and professionally while maintaining clear and timely communication with team members. SSF Imported Auto Parts, LLC is an industry leader in the distribution of high-quality parts for European cars. We are in multiple states and over ten locations. Requirements

  • Work Monday through Friday for 10 hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college or university program.
  • Coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or equivalent courses.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and filing critical Human Resources documents.
  • Performing audits for completeness, accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support recruitment and employer branding by assisting with job postings and company presence on job sites.
  • Perform a variety of Human Resources administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) program for employee training.
  • Assist with participation in job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize multiple HR-related tasks and deadlines.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential demeanor.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
