Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support various administrative tasks within our office environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in office procedures, clerical tasks, and project support. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office setting.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, office administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:    - Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documents.    - Learn to handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
  • Data Entry and Analysis:    - Gain exposure to data entry tasks, including inputting information into spreadsheets or databases.    - Assist in collecting and compiling data for various reports or projects.
  • Project Assistance:    - Support ongoing projects by performing research, gathering information, and preparing presentations.    - Assist in coordinating project-related tasks and communicating updates to team members.
  • Customer Service:    - Learn to provide basic customer service support, including answering phone calls and assisting visitors.    - Assist in addressing customer inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • General Office Tasks:    - Assist with office errands, such as distributing mail or purchasing office supplies.    - Learn to operate office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
