About The Position
Wellabe is seeking an intern to join our human resource team for a 10-week paid internship from June 7th through August 13th, 2027. In this collaborative role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on a variety of projects and learn from our HR team. You will participate in a well-rounded internship program with the opportunity to gain real world experience that supplements traditional classroom learning.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or another related field.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous internship or related experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting in phone screening candidates, resume review, and scheduling interviews
- Assisting in employee development program design, assessment, and facilitation.
- Assisting in employee engagement efforts like onboarding, employee resource groups, and social events.
- Assisting in data collection.
