About The Position
Wellabe is seeking an intern to join our Actuary team for a 10-week paid internship from June 7th through August 13th, 2027. In this collaborative role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on a variety of projects and learning from our team. You will participate in a well-rounded internship program with the opportunity to gain real-world experience that supplements traditional classroom learning.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing degree in Actuary or related field
- Excel and Microsoft Products background
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Completion of any of the Actuary exams a plus
- Previous internship or related experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support product development and regulatory filings
- Contribute to financial and reserve analysis
- Enhance data infrastructure and analytics
- Collaborate on plan design and sensitivity modeling
