About The Position

Wellabe is seeking an intern to join our legal team for a 10-week paid internship from June 7th through August 13th, 2027. In this collaborative role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on a variety of projects and learn from our Legal team. You will participate in a well-rounded internship program with the opportunity to gain real world experience that supplements traditional classroom learning.

Requirements

• Must have completed two years at an accredited US law school prior to the start of internship.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with legal reviews, research, and projects in a wide variety of areas including powers of attorney, trusts, employment law, insurance law, contracts, and corporate regulatory work.
• Participate in regular meetings with the in-house legal team.
• Assist in-house legal team in supporting the legal needs of business units such as sales, finance, human resources, and operations.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or team.
