The JPS Intern will work under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Business Partner. This is a paid temporary hourly without benefits. Interns are not guaranteed a full-time position at the end of their internship but are open to applying for any existing openings. Interns will have preferential treatment in selection of next year’s internship program if they perform at an acceptable level. Interns will handle a wide variety of tasks, such as: Auditing and creating reports. Documenting standard work and procedures/processes. File documents and organize working areas. Assist in the planning of company events. Complete organizational projects and participate in companywide initiatives. Performs ad hoc tasks as required. Assist with orientation and training sessions for new employees. Assist with safety related tasks. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
