About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Intern to support daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and able to balance multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. The HR Intern will assist with maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, preparing HR documents, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. You will play an important role in keeping HR operations running smoothly and efficiently while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources. This position offers valuable exposure to core HR functions within a growing organization that values teamwork, development, and internal career growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or office environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, helpful attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with basic office software (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
  • Interest in Human Resources, business operations, or workforce management
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating Day 1 scheduling logistics
  • Maintaining and updating employee records with a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general procedures in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing data entry, filing, and general administrative support for the HR team to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Assisting with I-9 verification audits and ensuring documentation compliance with federal and company requirements
  • Supporting HR compliance efforts by helping maintain accurate records and adhering to applicable labor laws and internal policies
  • Assisting with special HR projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
